The entire trip was planned... all the stops... the camping... the hotels. With all the rain and a flat camper tire and the tourist stuff we did in St. Louis... there really was no choice.... we spent the night in Topeka, Kansas. We got to the room at 2:45 am local time... and all fell fast asleep. We were given a nice late check out and we were able to spend time relaxing in and by the pool before getting back on i70.
Thank you for blogging and capturing all these tiny memories! It will be an amazing journey, and the whole family perspective on it is the coolest.
